GENERAL ~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Shaige Cleaning Services through our website, over the phone, in person or through email, the customer has a verbal or written agreement and is bound to the Terms and Conditions set out by Shaige Cleaning Services

Services

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is committed to a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • We require a minimum of 3 hours for a general clean and a minimum of 5 hours for a premium clean to ensure all tasks are performed.

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 12 hours of your clean to schedule a re-clean of the area/s that you are not satisfied with. Failure to report any dissatisfaction will automatically mean the client is completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services does not offer any refunds.

  • There will always be 2 cleaners present at all cleans, unless stipulated otherwise for Shaige Cleaning Services.

  • If any additional cleaning is requested for appliances, we will clean them to the best of our ability (this is inclusive of ovens/cookers, refrigerator etc.)

Pets

  • The customer will need to inform any member at Shaige Cleaning Services whether they have any pet/s present at the location of the clean. This is to ensure their safety as we open windows and doors during our cleaning process.

Organisation or clutter

  • Shaige Cleaning Services does not offer a de-cluttering nor an organising service. Please ensure that the rooms are free from clutter, as too much clutter will result in time being spent elsewhere instead of the services you have requested.

Services we do not offer

  • Cleaning of high reaching windows

  • Cleaning of outside windows

  • Dog walking

  • Running errands

  • Laundry or folding of laundry

  • Picking up, organising, moving or de-cluttering of clutter/items

  • Heavy lifting of 20kgs or more

  • Stepping more than 3 steps of a ladder

Insurance

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the rights to refuse to share any of the confidential company’s documents.

  • Photos will be taken before and after each clean.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is committed to a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • If the client is not completely satisfied with the cleaning services provided, Shaige Cleaning Services will re-clean any area/s and items to the client’s satisfaction. If the client is still not satisfied after the recovery clean, another recovery-clean will be done and the client will need to be present during this time.

  • If a recovery-clean is needed Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the rights to inspect the house and compare it to photos taken to make sure there is a valid claim. If the claim appears to be invalid, the client will be charged a €100 fee which will need to be paid immediately.

  • Clients understand that they are not entitled to any refunds.

Liability

Shaige Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Completing any task that is not requested or stipulated on the Service Level Agreement.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • Third party entering or present on the premises during the cleaning process.

  • Failing to remove or lighten any old/permanent stains and odours that cannot be removed using standard cleaning methods.

  • Existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely due to age, type of spillage and damage.

  • Any damages caused by faulty or not in full working order detergents/equipment supplied by the client.

  • If the client has got any items which need special cleaning methods and detergents, Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the rights to refuse the provision of the cleaning detergents.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not liable for any damages caused by any pre-existing condition or damage to surface and/or item.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

Complaints and Claims

  • The client accepts and understands that poor services, breakages/damages or theft must be reported within 12 hours from the service date.

  • Failure to report any dissatisfaction will result in the client being refused a re-clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services may take up to 3 working days to respond to a complaint.

Payment

  • Payments will be requested upon completion of the clean.

  • Payment can be made in cash upon completion of the clean.

  • Client understands that they are responsible for any “late Payments” and therefore will be subjected to additional charges.

  • We do not accept cheque payments.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is a VAT registered company and is required by law to charge VAT on all services offered, all prices are exclusive of VAT unless stipulated otherwise in writing.

CLEANING ~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGULAR GENERAL/PREMIUM CLEANS:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • One-month minimum contract length applies for all Regular Cleaning Services

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change.

  • We require a minimum of 3 hours for a general clean and a minimum of 5 hours for a premium clean to ensure all tasks are performed.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15 will be charged.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • General clean – Shaige Cleaning Services will try to lighten or reduce the appearance of any grease, grime, sticky residue or dark stains from surfaces, basins, baths, showers, carpets, walls and floors.

  • Premium clean - Shaige Cleaning Services will try to remove or lighten the appearance of any grease, grime, sticky residue or dark stains from surfaces, basins, baths, showers, carpets, walls and floors.

  • Premium clean - If changing of bedsheets have been arranged, the client needs to provide Shaige Cleaning Services with fresh, clean bedding beforehand to ensure that the task is completed. If no bedsheets are provided, Shaige Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for not completing this task.

  • If any client/s have not used our services for 3 consecutive months, they are required to sign and agree to the terms and conditions on a newly provided contract form. This will need to be returned to us before any future cleans can commence.

  • In the event that a client needs to cancel a scheduled clean, this will need to be cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged the full amount for the clean.

  • If the client cancelled a scheduled clean 48 hours before the clean, they will be given the opportunity to select a new, appropriate date for the next clean. A new date will need to be selected within the next 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If the client has any alarm systems, special instructions are to be given prior to clean.

  • Any clothing and/or linen not packed away will be considered dirty and will be placed with all the other dirty laundry.

BEFORE AND AFTER EVENT CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation provided to the client in the event the client changes requirements or additional services are completed during clean.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • The location and specific tasks needing to be performed by Shaige Cleaning Services cleaners needs to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • Arrangements for an event clean need to be made up to 2 weeks in advance. If a last-minute event clean is requested, a fee of €25 will be charged.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services agrees to clean before and after events, provided that the quantity of guests is a maximum of 50 people. If this number is exceeded, the client will need to pay an additional €5 per guest.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • If an event is extended past Shaige Cleaning Services’ working hours, the client will be required to pay an additional €10 per hour.

  • We can only provide an estimate duration for before and after an event and therefore these hours may fluctuate/change depending on the clients’ requirements or needs.

  • In the event that a client needs to cancel a scheduled event clean, this will need to be cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged for 3 hours work as this is our set minimum time. Price rates will be applied according to the rates stipulated on our website. (Weekday = €20 and weekend/public holiday = €30)

  • The client will be required to pay the cancellation costs within 7 days of the invoice.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

HOLIDAY HOMES/AIRBNB CLEANING (HOUSES OR APARTMENTS):

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before we perform any cleans.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation provided to the client in the event the client changes requirements or additional services are performed during clean.

  • If the property has been vacant or occupied for a long period of time, a PREMIUM ONCE OFF clean is required to ensure that all tasks are performed and that the entire house has been properly cleaned.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will try to remove or lighten the appearance of any grease, grime, sticky residue or dark stains from surfaces, basins, baths, showers, carpets, walls and floors.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for decluttering or organising of any homes or apartments.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15.00 will be charged.

  • All cleaners who are hired by us have been fully screened and are qualified in performing the necessary tasks required.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will provide a note of completion for the clean/tasks completed for the client and homeowner (if the client is not the homeowner). The note of completion will include the name of the client, final price quoted and address where the clean was performed.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If clients have any alarm systems, special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems will need to be communicated.

  • If the scheduled clean is not cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged 35% of the arranged price. This is non-negotiable and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

PRE/END OF TENANCY AGREEMENT CLEANING (HOUSES OR APARTMENTS):

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before we perform any cleans to houses or apartments.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation provided to the client in the event the client changes requirements or additional services are performed during clean.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • The client or landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take note of all furniture present before the clean to ensure a list is provided to the landlord/homeowner in the events that there is something missing.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • All tenancy cleans can take a minimum of 3 hours to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will try to remove or lighten the appearance of any grease, grime, sticky residue or dark stains from surfaces, basins, baths, showers, carpets, walls and floors.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for decluttering or organising of any homes or apartments before or after a tenant.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15.00 will be charged.

  • All cleaners who are hired by us have been fully screened and are qualified in performing the necessary tasks required.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will provide a note of completion for the clean/tasks completed for the client and homeowner (if the client is not the homeowner). The note of completion will include the name of the client, final price quoted and address where the clean was performed.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If clients have any alarm systems, special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems will need to be communicated.

  • If the scheduled clean is not cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged 35% of the arranged price. This is non-negotiable and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

AFTER RENOVATIONS CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change.

  • We require a minimum of 5 hours for a post renovation clean to ensure all tasks are performed.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15 will be charged.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will try to remove or lighten the appearance of any grease, grime, sticky residue or dark stains from surfaces, basins, baths, showers, carpets, walls and floors.

  • If changing of bedsheets have been arranged, the client needs to provide Shaige Cleaning Services with fresh, clean bedding beforehand to ensure that the task is completed. If no bedsheets are provided, Shaige Cleaning Services will not be held responsible for not completing this task.

  • In the event that a client needs to cancel a scheduled clean, this will need to be cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged the full amount for the clean.

  • If the client cancelled a scheduled clean 48 hours before the clean, they will be given the opportunity to select a new, appropriate date for the next clean. A new date will need to be selected within the next 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If the client has any alarm systems, special instructions are to be given prior to clean.

  • Any clothing and/or linen not packed away will be considered dirty and will be placed with all the other dirty laundry.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the removing of any debris or rubble left behind, as this will need to be cleared away before the cleaning can commence.

  • If the property has recently been painted or re-tiled, we will try to remove any spilled paint or grouting as possible, using standard cleaning equipment and methods, we will not use any heavy chemicals to remove these.

RETIREMENT HOME CLEANS:

  • Shaige Cleaning Services offers a senior citizen clean at a set quotation price of €30.00 for the first clean and thereafter all cleans afterwards are charged at €25.00.

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Services Level Agreement before we perform any cleans to houses or apartments.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation provided to the client in the event the client changes requirements or additional services are performed during clean.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If clients have any alarm systems, special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems will need to be communicated.

  • All cleaners who are hired by us have been fully screened and are qualified in performing the necessary tasks required.

  • The client or landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for decluttering or organising of a client’s home.

  • If the scheduled clean is not cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged 25% of the arranged price. This is non-negotiable and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated time-frame and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15 will be charged.

  • The client/Landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • If a client needs to cancel a scheduled clean, this will need to be cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client will still be charged the full amount for the clean.

  • If the client cancelled a scheduled clean 48 hours before the clean, they will be given the opportunity to select a new, appropriate date for the next clean. A new date will need to be selected within the next 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If the client has any alarm systems, special instructions are to be given prior to clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services does not assist with the drying of carpets and or upholstery. Drying times vary considerably from item to item but in general with a good airflow in the room, we would expect a drying time of 6-12 hours. We recommend keeping windows open in the room to improve the drying time.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will try lightening any old/permanent stains and odours that can be removed using standard cleaning methods.

  • We do not declutter or move any heavy furniture around.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • If the client has arranged with Shaige Cleaning services to have regular cleans performed, a one-month minimum contract applies.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • Each clean arranged, Shaige Cleaning Services will provide 2 cleaners who are trained and skilled in performing the tasks required.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change. The initial quotation provided includes the labour and products supplied.

  • A manager or owner will need to be present during the timeframe that Shaige Cleaners are working.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any security alarms. If clients have any alarm systems, special instructions for deactivation/activation of any alarm systems will need to be communicated.

  • The client or landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • If there are specific areas of office/school/room which our cleaners are prohibited from cleaning or entering, this will need to be communicated before the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for decluttering or organising of rooms.

  • If the scheduled clean is not cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client is required to pay a minimum of 3 hours working wage per cleaner.  This is non-negotiable and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • If the client requires our services on a regular basis, they will be required to cancel any scheduled cleans 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before, we will charge them the full arranged amount. If these cancellations are done well beforehand, the client may re-schedule the clean within the following 2 weeks from date of cancellation.

  • The only tasks that will be performed by Shaige Cleaners are those agreed to. In the event that additional tasks or services are required, the initial price quoted will be adjusted accordingly.

  • The manager/owner or employee will need to instruct Shaige Cleaners on where to locate all the bins which require emptying and where they will need to be emptied.

  • If Shaige Cleaners are required to re-stock the bathrooms and other rooms with specific products, these will need to be provided and instructed.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated timeframe and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

STUDENT/SHARED ACCOMMODATION CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • One month minimum contract length applies for selected weekly and bi-weekly Cleaning Services.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change.

  • We will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • If collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, a fee of €15.00 will be charged.

  • The client will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • All highly breakable or fragile ornaments/items must be secured or removed. Cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques are not included in our liability cover.

  • All discounts or promotions displayed or advertised are only available during the stipulated time-frame and will not be redeemable after it has expired.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any household/security alarms. If the client has any alarm systems, special instructions are to be given prior to clean

  • Any clothing and/or linen not packed away will be considered dirty and will be placed with all the other dirty laundry.

If the client fails to select all rooms/services required, Shaige Cleaning Services will not be responsible for performing these tasks. These requests can be modified 24 hours before the clean if necessary.

BAR/PUB OR NIGHTCLUB CLEANING:

  • The client agrees to sign and return the Service Level Agreement before the clean.

  • If the client has arranged with Shaige Cleaning services to have regular cleans performed, a one-month minimum contract applies.

  • If requested, we will provide the client with a full list of equipment and detergents that will be used to perform the necessary tasks. If the client has preferences for alternative detergents or equipment, this will need to be communicated and provided before the clean. All equipment provided by the client will need to be safe and in full working order.

  • Each clean arranged, Shaige Cleaning Services will provide 2 cleaners who are trained and skilled in performing the tasks required.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quote provided if the clients original requirements change. The initial quotation provided includes the labour and products supplied.

  • A manager or owner will need to be present during the time-frame that Shaige Cleaning Services Cleaners are working.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for the triggering of any security alarms. If clients have any alarm systems, special instructions for deactivation/activation of any alarm systems will need to be communicated.

  • The client or landlord will need to ensure that all cleaners have access to electricity and hot water. If these are not available on the day of the clean, we will not be held responsible for the services we were not able to complete. Client/Landlord will still be liable for payment.

  • In the case that a complaint needs to be made, clients need to contact Shaige Cleaning Services within 12 hours of the completion of the clean.

  • If there are specific areas of the bar/pub or nightclub which our cleaners are prohibited from cleaning or entering, this will need to be communicated before the clean.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services is not responsible for decluttering or organising of a client’s home.

  • If the scheduled clean is not cancelled 48 hours before the date of the clean, the client is required to pay a minimum of 3 hours working wage per cleaner.  This is non-negotiable and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • If the client requires our services on a regular basis, they will be required to cancel any scheduled cleans 48 hours before the date of the clean. If the client fails to cancel 48 hours before, we will charge them the full arranged amount. If these cancellations are done well beforehand, the client may re-schedule the clean within the following 2 weeks from date of cancellation.

  • The only tasks that will be performed by Shaige Cleaning Services Cleaners are those agreed to. In the event that additional tasks or services are required, the initial price quoted will be adjusted accordingly.

  • If any cleans are requested/required which exceed the stipulated working hours, the client will be charged an additional €10.00 per hour.

  • If Shaige Cleaners need to clean all dirty dishes, the bar manager/owner will need to show our cleaners where the dishwasher is located and provide general instructions on how to operate it. If any of the bars/pubs or nightclubs do not have a dishwasher, this will take cleaners longer to perform the tasks and therefore the hours and total price provided initially may change.

  • The manager/owner or employee will need to instruct Shaige Cleaning Services Cleaners on where to locate all the bins which require emptying and where they will need to be emptied.

  • If Shaige Cleaning Services Cleaners are required to re-stock the bathrooms and other rooms with specific products, these will need to be provided and instructed.

  • Shaige Cleaning Services will take photos and or video’s before and after every clean completed for review, promotion and insurance purposes.
