We use medical-grade disinfectants, while focusing on eco-friendly methods to provide high-quality, safe cleaning standards to any medical clinic facility, including dentists, primary healthcare practices and more. All of our allocated cleaners are fully screened, training and insured.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Agreement: - By engaging our recurring cleaning services, you agree to all of our terms and conditions. 2. Minimum Service Duration: - A minimum service duration of 2.5 hours applies to each recurring cleaning visit. 3. Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing us with at least 48 hours' notice. - If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the agreed-upon cleaning fee. 4. Access to Property: - You are responsible for providing us with access to your property on the scheduled cleaning days and times. This can be achieved by: - Being present at the property. - Providing us with a key. If you provide us with a key, we will take reasonable care of it. - Providing us with a secure key box or other agreed-upon method of access. If we are unable to access your property due to your failure to provide access, you will be charged the full cleaning fee. 5. Payment: - Payment for services is due upon completion of the clean for once-off cleans and end of the month for recurring cleans - We accept the following payment methods: cash, bank transfer, online payment and revolut 6. Our Responsibilities: - We will provide cleaning services in a professional and timely manner, using reasonable care and skill. We are insured for public liability and employer’s liability. 7. Your Responsibilities: - You are responsible for ensuring that the property is reasonably accessible and free from hazards. - You are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items. 8. Liability: - We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects in your property. Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. 9. Termination: - Either party may terminate the recurring cleaning agreement by providing 14 days written notice via emailing the office at Info@shaigecleaningservices.com
