Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation: - All move in/move out cleaning bookings are considered requests until confirmed by our office. - Confirmation of a booking is contingent upon either a physical inspection of the property by our staff or the receipt and approval of sufficient photographic evidence of the property's condition. - We reserve the right to refuse any booking based on the condition of the property. - Once the property is deemed suitable for our move in/move out cleaning service, you will receive confirmation of your booking. 2. Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation and detailed on your invoice. 3. Cancellations: - You may cancel your booking without penalty if you provide us with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled cleaning time. - If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, you will be liable for 50% of the agreed-upon cleaning fee. This amount will be invoiced to you. 4. Service Provision: - We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. - The scope of the Services will be as agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. - Any additional services requested on the day of the cleaning may be subject to additional charges and availability. 5. Liability: - We hold appropriate insurance coverage for our Services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property. 6. Access to Property: - You are responsible for providing us with access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If we are unable to access the property, you may be liable for a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 3. 7. Complaints: - Any complaints regarding the Services must be reported to us within 24 hours of the cleaning being completed. - We will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. 8. Entire Agreement: - These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the provision of the Services. 10.
